something gay idk
okok i havent really thought this one out yet, but i thought it'd be fun to write like a modern au bl. is it obvious that popular serizawa is getting to me..? so far i just jumbled together tropes i like and got something like a quiet attorney who thinks he can never be loved x a younger idol determined to prove him otherwise. they're basically opposites - one has never felt love, and the other is loved by all. im SUCHH a sucker for random guy x popular yaoi.. anyway im thinking for the attorney dude to be all stoic and people think of him as scary, but lowkey hes just autistic and he doesnt know what to say. when the idol corners him, he'll put on a scary expression that usually frightens his colleagues, but the idol doesnt stop. he actually thinks its a pretty silly face :p
the only thing ive thought about is the confession. im thinking either two things - a super nonchalant confession or a super dramatic one. for the nonchalant one, im thinking the attorney's like in the dumps about no one caring about him, and the idol bumps his shoulder and grins and says "then, want us to try dating? i'll prove to you that you're loveable!". for the dramatic one, same thing, attorney's bawling his eyes out, and the idol just holds him down and says "you are loveable! i love you, you idiot!" or something idk.
also need to think about how they meet.. maybe the idol gets arrested for tax fraud cha eunwoo-style and the attorney has to prove his innocence LMAO! well then the attorney would have to work in the tax fraud division, which would be a really boring job.. maybe he got placed in there and is trying to work his way up to criminal defense division ?? i know that tax fraud is already a criminal case and not civil, so that could work.. but its already hard to prove tax fraud, so itd be weird for him to get accused without substantial evidence right?? wow this is a good excuse to learn about laws and stuff..

aka my awesome gay vampire oc !!! uhh so basically when i was reading dracula last year, i was listening to malice mizer. and then i was like wait... put those two together !! and so i did !! and that made akane !!! i wouldnt say hes exactly vkei, but i got a lot of inspo from gackt and atsushi sakurai (my goats..). eventually im thinking to make a vn for him, but one issue remains.. i know how to use vn software, i can draw sprites, i have a pretty developed story (okay thats sort of a lie).. but BACKGROUNDS. i cannot draw the backgrounds for the life of me.. until then hes staying in my head sighh.
and i kinda made a character as his partner, named flynn, but his design is pretty lackluster.. ive only worked on his fem design, who ive drawn a billion times LMAO. so im thinking maybeee ill make him into like a base character that the player can change the name of ?? like in ps5 and those old otome games where they dont have a customizable option. story-wise im thinking like flynn goes to a college party before the start of the year, drunkenly stumbles into akane, and yaps his ear off about stupid stuff while the poor guy awkwardly stands there. and then the next week when college starts, the two are roommates !!! at first akane's pretty pissed off, but then blah blah gay stuff starts happening and hes like wait.. maybe i DO have emotions. gay ones.. but oh no im a vampire he would never like me.. and then dun dun dun one day akane's run out of animal blood to drink, and the next shipment wont come til the day after oh no !!! flynn finds out hes a vampire blah blah, and offers to drive to pick some up, but the nearest place that sells it is too far away !! i wonder whats going to happen hmmm... wink wink.
im thinking of making it like tokimeki where you need enough love points to get a good ending, through saying the right thing in different scenarios and going on dates. for the good ending, obviously suck blood live happily ever after. for bad ending, maybe flynn doesnt give akane his blood, akane gets sick, and moves out of the dorm. i also want a meh ending and a secret ending, but i havent thought of anything yet.. and i also want akane to have some sad backstory living in a victorian english mansion with an evil dad or something, and he eventually moves back to his mom's home country of japan and learns about vkei, and completely changes his look and gets into the subcultures there. i also want him to be a mix of english vampires and japanese yokai, since asian mythology is SO scary and SO cool !!! unfortunately japan doesnt have any vampires per say, but they sure do know how to do scary stuff. im quite inspired by the movie "ugetsu" for the japanese horror :p

if youve seen my recent neocities updates, ive been doodling these little guys lately, and at midnight one day i thought up a story for them!! i was pretty inspired by fragaria memories and shugo chara, which is kinda obvious lmao.. anyway !! so theres this one little creature guy, named niyari, whos based off of my favorite kaomoji ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶, and his friend waffu, based on my current cravings. niyari looks pretty cute and unassuming, but he whines a lot and is pretty curious. waffu is sleepy all the time and somehow knows a lot of random facts. hes also a fatass. they both have guardian humans (workshopping this name as well..), with niyari's being nikko and waffu's being kodi (named after my favorite waffle brand. i dont think waffu's the fatass here..). you'll see their designs soon.. when i hit 20k.. hehe.
